No, you are not the only one. We haven't received any ads for the past 4 days or so. I found this on their forum. Someone asked why there are no ads, admin replied with this:

Currently, we are only receiving a few ads per week. These ads are for very small amounts, We dont know why, but probably because of our recent downtime.

With the various groups that are bent on just clicking off ads for the sake of clicking to earn a cent, with absolute no interest in the merchandise or programs being offered, it appears that advertisers are not interested in this type of marketing.

Our short (month) downtime may have provided a lack of trust around the internet for people using RowBux as an advertising venue. Not to mention the retards that like to post negative comments about us when we were just trying to build a better product for the members.

RowBux may not have ads right at this moment, but we will do everything possible to find good advertisers and rebuild the trust. Ads may be sparse for a bit, but as we instill confidence back into the public, and hopefully they will return.

We continue to work on our newest script, so even though RowBux may be lagging right now, we will bring forth a better product that will have all the offerings we believe will bring RowBux back stronger than ever.

The only way to know how this turns out is to stick around and bare with us as we go through our pains.

It is time for us (RowBux) to make a decision as to how we are going to move forward. We have currently paid all payout requests as of today (22 Dec 09). We have not missed a single payment to date.
So all is not especially bad.
But, we have turned "OFF" the payout button for standard (free) members.
What this means is: Standard members will only be able to convert  earnings to advertising for right now. And until RowBux is able to create a positive solution to the loss in advertising revenue that once flowed, we have no other choices.
Standard members can make the choice for themselves as what they wish to do. If Standard members elect to use their earnings to purchase advertising, then they may just find an equitable situation as there are more than 20,000 members in RowBux waiting for ads to view. This could be a great time to advertise your products.
Standard members can decide to wait out this slow spell as we continue to try and bring RowBux back to the top of the charts. If we are productive, then we may be able to get over these obstacles and reopen the payout button for Standard members.
But, if we are not, then RowBux may face closing (like so many other PTC sites). Or having to consider options to sell.
Take these comment for what they are. Please know that we are not a SCAM, just an online business trying to compete in a world of scams.
Everyone is welcome to email us or post comments on our forum about your concerns. But at this time, we are limited in what we can do to bring advertisers to our doors.

O sea que no paga mas a los usuarios estandar, solo a premiums, eso sí, podemos gastar el saldo en ads; esto es lo que yo he entendido. Otra para SCAM.

Si los miembros estándar eligen para utilizar sus ganancias para comprar la publicidad, después pueden apenas encontrar una situación equitativa como hay más de 20.000 miembros en los anuncios que esperan de RowBux para a ver. Esto podía ser un gran rato de hacer publicidad de sus productos.
