Hola queridos usuario.
Hace pocas horas ha ocurrido un error desconocido en la base de datos de la página que ha traido los siguientes impactos:
1 Algunos usuarios perdieron de 1 a 12 RR en sus cuentas
2 Algunos referidos directos están invisibles para algunos usuarios
3 Algunas cuentas nuevas fueron borradas
4 Depósitos utilizando EP/
PP/Payeer no son instantáneos, tenemos que hacerlos manualmente
5 Nuestro acceso al panel de administrador de Neatclix fué limitado
Esto ha sido reportado al proveedor de hosting y al diseñador como URGENTE y estamos esperando respuesta, sin embargo el diseñador nunca esta disponible sino hasta el lunes en las tardes.
A esta hora el problema de los DR está resuelto en un 99%
Hemos reemplazado algunos de los RR perdidos (con 30 días de expiración) para algunos usuarios, pero nuestro equipo ha decidido esperar hasta que el diseñador revise todo y provea una respuesta detallada.
NÓTESE:
Estamos al tanto de los errores y estamos resolviendo de manera urgente, así que no necesitan abrir temas nuevos acerca de ésto. Daremos noticias cuando haya alguna.

Hemos desabilitado el realizar nuevos depósitos hasta que el diseñador resuelva todos los problemas. Los mantendremos informados.

Dear members
A few hours ago an unknown error has occurred in the website database which has had the following impacts:
1- Some users have lost 1 to 12 RR in their accounts
2- Some or all Direct Referrals have been invisible for some users
3- Some new created accounts have been deleted
4- Deposits using EP/
PP/Payeer are not instantly added and we have to do them manually
5- Our access to the admin panel of the NeatClix.com has also been limited
This issue has been reported to the host provider and the developer as an urgent matter and we are waiting for their response, however the developer is usually not available until Monday evenings.
At this time the DR problem (which was the most important one IMO as it costs a lot for users to get DR) has been 99% resolved.
We have initially replaced some lost RR with new RR (30 days expiry date) for some users, but our team has decided to wait until the developer checks everything and provide a detailed response.
So we would like to ask you to standby until we get a response from our developer. If they could not resolve this issue completely, then we will find a manual solution for it, anyway we will keep you posted.
We also request all non-English language users to translate this message to their own language and post it in sub-forums.
