We are now going to make a payment window for the time being as long as revenue is diminished right now. If you want to cashout, you'll need to pay $1 per request. If you do not receive payment in the window, you can carry that $1 to the next if you already paid. New members who request (new requests for payments-the ones who have not paid the $1 yet), will have to pay the $1. This is the ONLY way for you to cashout right now.

Puesto por el admin en el foro.  No lo entiendo del todo pero me parece que dice que hay que pagar 1$ en cada solicitud de cobro.
