Exchangers are not allowed and is considered as a direct violation of our User Agreement. Such action results in a suspension of your account. Exchangers are not allowed for the very same reason we have witnessed here. Your funds received have been depleted beyond any possibility of retrieving them. You may contact us within 5 business days and we may re-attempt a refund.
 
Please note should another exchange take place your account will be eliminated.

Bueno, supongo que de esto tendré que aprender, supongo que no dejare de hacer exchanges, pero tomare más medidas de protección.
