performancebux no me paga

Este sitio no paga ,no entiendo porque????

Alertpay:

We currently do not have anough support for alertpay once we have funds built back up we will enable alertpay.

paypal:

We have had a high number of creditcard charge backs
We currently can not process payouts via paypal until our balance s back positive
Any purchases made by paypal help us get ths balance back to negative sorry for any porblems

Ese es el maldito problema que tengo.Y lo que mas me jode es que ahi gente que si les paga y no tienen este problema
