Nos complace informarles que nuestro problema de pago finalmente ha sido abordado y ahora tenemos acceso a las herramientas de nuestro servidor nuevamente.
Sin embargo, hay varias cosas que han desactivado en el proceso, y ahora necesitamos recuperar muchos datos y volver a configurar todo, lo que podría llevar un tiempo.
En este punto es imposible saber si solo tardará horas en hacer que las cosas vuelvan a funcionar, o potencialmente más de un día. Estamos haciendo todo lo posible para que las cosas vuelvan a funcionar lo antes posible.

We are happy to let you know that our payment issue has finally been addressed and we now have access to our server tools again.
However, there's several things that they've turned off in the process, and we now need to recover a lot of data and set everything back up again, which might take a while.
At this point it's impossible to tell if it will take only hours to get things back working again, or potentially more than a day. We are doing everything we can to get things back working as soon as possible.
