Hola si ya vi el ticket contestado, la mala noticia  es que comenta que no puede estar des baneando las cuentas,  que es por su sistema anti trampa y  que no puede quitar esa opcion  :muro:  :muro:

Yes while looking into this I can see there is an issue with the ip's they are using mate,

Strait after I un suspended the accounts and they login the system notices the problem again,

After doing some research I can not do anything about this as the anti cheat system is in place for our protection,

Both accounts are up suspended now give it another shot but can not continue to do so,
